When you decide to purchase a home there are some things that you already have or wanted to have. Depending on your needs, the cost of your new home will greatly depend on your needs vs. your wants. Your wants are also important in choosing a home. There may be things that would be nice to have but ultimately price usually dictates how many of your wants you can include in your new home purchase. Example of some common wants would include an; office, large back yard, fenced yard, dual level, basement, etc. Sure some of these things would be nice but they are not necessary for you to buy a home, unless they are on your needs list.
