Are the Real Estate and Mortgage Markets Irrevocably Criminalized?Topic: Real Estate newsAre the real estate and mortgage industries irrevocably criminalized to the point that they can only cause damage to everyone who engages them?
Consider the contemporary home buying experience.
You look at a home. A monopolist psychopathic Realtor® leaps at you, grabs your belt and starts dry humping your leg and lying to you about the 100 other people who are ready to offer 2x the asking price and your kids will freeze to the sidewalk as you will be priced out the market.
Then he attempts to drag you in to see his friendly mortgage broker who will lie to you about what loans you qualify for so he can hang toxic notes around your neck that will explode and drive you to bankruptcy because the broker gets better commissions on them.
Those doomed mortgages are bundled into securities, stamped AAA by the ratings agencies and sold to banks who are destroyed by them when they implode.
Who then can possibly participate in a market space controlled exclusively by criminally insane psychopaths?
