    • Broker

    (i.e. real estate broker) A person duly licensed under the laws of their state to act as an agent for another, and negotiate the purchase, sale and lease of real property. A broker has full authority to run a real estate company, whereas a real estate agent must have their license held under the auspices of a broker.
