I cannot say anything bad about Micheal, as I have not dealed with him. However, I can say more than a few things about Lisa. I tried to buy a repo home that had her listed as the listing agent. She wouldn't turn in my two bids for over two weeks, which according to her was because there was another bid on the table. Come to find out, that was a total lie. There was no signed contract on that property. She even personally told me at one point that she sent my offer in. NEVER HAPPENED. She LIED. The other offer supposedly fell through, according to her, and asked us to submit some form saying that was our final offer. We upped our bid over the asking price. We got an answer in the form of an email saying our offer had been rejected. Doesn't have any other info, just that. My agent says in 30 years of dealing with Real Estate, she's never seen anything EVER like this. I AM filing a complaint on her today with the Real Estate board of AR TODAY. Downloaded the forms and called the office already. I've also contacted my attorney on seeking damages from her. Good luck to anyone that has any dealings with her. Your going to need it.
