First off the kttein needs to be on kttein formula. Goats milk is also a great substitute and will do the trick. It is best to try to get the kttein to lap (lick) up the milk on their own. If you bottle feed it and milk comes out of mouth the kttein could have aspirated (milk gone to lungs). So when feeding keep kttein on its tummy all four feet on floor and feed slowly.Second, I would def take the kttein to the vet regaurding the sickness and other problems. A vet could give you the answers you are asking and let you know if there are other serious issues with this kttein.SO TAKE IT TO THE VET. Good luck
