Viewing prices of other companies involved with data retrieval, I must say that SaveMyUSB.com is by far the most cost-effective out there and I would 100% recommend them to anyone whether individual or commercial. I also wished to write this comment since reading all the other testimonials, I think I may be the first from an NHS organisation. Thanks Martin and your team for all your help.
