i think jynxs r underated it stduaim and all those uther games but in leaf green i put a jynx on my team and although it wuz only level 51 it took out brunos machamp hitmonlee and hitmonchan in wun hit and the same with agethas gengar and arbok and lances 2 dragonair and his lvl 60 dragonite

Rafael, I have bad news. If your home has been on the market for a year with no aciotn, you are not priced fairly. You may be priced where you need to be for the payoffs, but the buying public doesn't care about your loan commitments. Thus, no offers. Your realtor should have the courage to tell you this after a year. And you should be brave enough to listen. If you must sell, get the property prepared for market, price it correctly and then let the lenders share in the loss.
