Dishonesty and ignorance are a dangerous combination and Mr. Sant has the market cornered on both. You can not trust his word and he his an absolute greenhorn when it comes to proper real estate dealings. STAY AWAY NO RUN FOR YOUR LIVES
SLUM LORDS THAT DONT TAKE CARE OF PAYING TENANTS. LET DRUGS AND OTHER TYPES OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES CONINUE IN THE NAME OF MONEY. LETS SCUM STAY AND NOT PAY FOR MONTHS AND RIPS OFF GOOD FOLKS. DONT BUY FROM HIM HE IS FAKE AND JUST IS OUT FOR MONEY. THE CONDOS HAVE POOR STRUCTURAL ISSUES AS WELL AS SEVERE MOLD PROBLEMS. THEY ARE PREDITORY AND THIS IS A BAD INVESTMENT.
