He is a deceitful con artist, and should be avoided at all costs.This man would sell you a cardboard box with holes in it for $100,000 and feel no remorse. Flat out lied about the property he sold me. He's nice to your face, but in the business for himself. Swindled me out of more money than the property was worth. AVOID THIS MAN OR IT'LL COST YA LOTS OF HEARTACHE AND $$$$$

Don't be fooled by his demeanor. He' the worst kind of con artist, and will lie about the safety of a neighborhood, quality of a property. he' a real low-life. this guy would throw his own wife under a bus if it would benefit him financially in some way. Be very weary and cautious with this man, and don't say you weren't warned if he stabs you in the back and takes your paycheck with his other hand. greedy, awful, nothing positive to say about my experiences with him.
