I lived in a property managed by Kathryn MacGeraghty. It was a terrible experience. She was so difficult and aggravating to deal with that we moved to get away from her. She's rude, patronizing, and loves to invent pointless punitive fees and questionable repair charges. Try to ask her about them, and she'll ignore you for weeks, then just give you some unhelpful, condescending comment if you finally catch her. I've heard from some of her other tenants too, and not one had anything good to say about her. Stay away from this one!
