I invested in one of his DEALS I was told how great of a deal I am investing in after many years of having my money in his apartment complex investment I was sent a letter stating that he sold the complex for a large loss and all my money was gone when I inquired he emailed me and said look at your contract there are no guarantees . What is equally dissaponting is he never called to discuss this sale he just took it upon him self to sell the complex the investors loose all of there money I would not invest ever again with him and I would strongly reccomend that no one else does either I believe he is only interested in what is good for Paul Mashni
