JeQ56Q I serched through the internet and got here. What a wonderful invention of the mankind. With the help of the network you communicate, learn, read !... That helped us to get acquainted!...
I have know and worked with Elbert for about seven years. I purchase all of my investment properties through him. He provides timely, accurate information, and is always early for appointments.
Brother Elbert helped us buy our first home. He was very patient with us and explained everything in detail. There were times during the loan process when we became discouraged and wanted to give up. He stayed with us and was always available to answer our questions. We are thankful to God for him. See you in church on Sunday!
Mike, remember us we bought the little ranch on 864 Belleville Avenue, New Bedford in 2004 ( I think) Hope all is well....more drama in our lives, but to make a long story short: We refinanced oru Century 21 mortgage a year or so after we bought the home though you and Century 21 with HFC (big mistake) Because of loss of income, we couldn't keep up with the payments and HFC would not work with us to modify our mortgage. We dicided to do a Dee in lieu of Foreclosure and now after 6 weeks, they are telling us that the title is not clear because Century 21 didn't do something right. I have o money to pay an attorney, but they (HFC) tell me that if I can get in touch with Century 21 to let them know what is happening and that they (Century 21 needs to clear the title so our Dee in Lieu can go through and we can be through with this mess. I don't even know where any papers from 6 years ago are and I am hoping you can help us, Mike. In the meantime we are renting a great home at 2489 Acushnet Avenue and are glad to have the financial stress removed, but this title issue is giving me an ulcer.
Pretty sure we bought 864 Belleville Avenue, N.B. in 2003 in August, I think. It was through Suzette Realty and you were our terrific agent :)
If you can help, I would be most grateful.

My husband and I talked to Elbert several years ago when we moved to Columbia. We were not ready to buy yet, but when we were ready we called him. He was very professional, always on time for appointments, and not pushy when showing homes. His knowledge of the home-buying process made us feel very comfortable. When we are ready to sell our home, he will be the first person we call.
Elbert listed my house and wrote a contract of sale all in the same day. Prior to him listing it, my home was listed for about four months with an agent who called me every Monday. Thanks Elbert!!!
I was a first-time buyer trying to purchase a home before the deadline expired. Mr. Ruff was patient and very knowledgeble throughout the entire process. I am happy with my home.

Eve F. Olasov is an excellent real estate broker. I have known Eve since Kindergarten, and she has successfully sold two (2) houses that I owned in Charleston. Eve is knowledgable when it comes to Charleston, South Carolina real esate. Furthermore, she is a nice lady, and, in my opinion, you could not place your home for sale with a more knowledgable real esate individual in Charleston. I give her 5 stars.
