I had seen Simon Salloom around my neighborhood in Santa Monica for years so when it came time to sell my home I interviewed him along with several other agents. He was by far the most professional. His presentation was comprehensive but not overly long (like some of the other realtors) and everything he said made sense. I didn't feel like the other agents were going to work as hard or as smart so I signed up with Simon. From the beginning to the end he was there selling my property (not his assistants), keeping me updated and remaining true to his original commitments to me. We had some trouble towards the end of the escrow with the buyers. It was stressful and unexpected but I feel that Simon handled the situation better than anyone else could have. We ended up closing a few days late but I achieved a much higher sales price with him than all the other four agents I interviewed said I would and my experience was a ten out of ten.
