re: Prizm being just created, where did you find this information? Is there a date of when this company was established? The reason I ask is that Dan supposedly transferred our property to Prizm in the fall of 2008. if they weren't formed yet, then this would be fraudulent as well!

Prizm is a part of the AG case. I have the documentation showing all the companies of Dan's that are included. Bruce Laconi is the attorney who stood in for Dan's attorney, Sean Clapp, at our small claims case. I will share the SBA loan info with the AG office. Thanks.

OK - there is lots more info when you google Prizm partners - including that they were approved for a SBA loan in March for $15,000. Perhaps fraud can be attempted at that angle? There are very strict rules regarding SBA loans.

Wow! I'm so sorry - who is Bruce Laconi? He just filed an appearance on 7/12. Is he an intervenor with the state? Also - Prizm Partners is not a party to the AG case - Have you asked them why? It seems that he could just be creating new LLC's to transfer the properties to. God - someone needs to stop this man.

Our original lease was with OakBay Group. When we were evicted he had transferred the property to Prizm Partners. Look them up!

this was a small claims case, damages portion, follow up to the eviction hearing in Feb where he got us evicted from our house. Basically, he stopped paying the mortgage on the house we thought we were buying, when we learned that our attorney advised us to stop paying him and put our funds in escrow. We did. He sued us for eviction for non-payment of rent and won! Last week he won the damages portion so....he stole nearly $7K from us by not making the mortgage payment and now gets another $6K from us for damages and court costs! It's just not right!

I just realized that I'm not finding all the cases he has - he suits using him corporations. Which corporation sued you? I'm VERY sorry for what happened to you. The criminals seem to have all the rights in the court system currently

How did you find the nex court date? We're still waiting on a ruling from the judge from the Attorey General case. Our case as a small claims case--he sued us for eviction and WON (2/17/10), and then Friday we had the damages portion of that case and he won again. So, not only did he take the funds we paid him (almost $7K) and not make the mortgage payment on the house we thought we were buying, he now gets another $6K from us! Didn't matter what we said. Judge heard it all and ruled for him anyway.

Hi Taken - I'm very sorry for you. What case? I don't see any rulings in any of the active cases for him. His next court date as far as I have found in 8/31.

Another judge in Hamilton County did rule in Dan's favor last week making my spouse and I the perfect example of how Dan can take advantage of good people and ruin their lives! I hope the AG gets him and gets him soon. He needs to have to be financially accountable to everyone he's ever harmed!
