THis person is a con! she will show you homes till she gets tired and then goes whacko and accuses you of taking all her time for free and you owe her money yet she shows you things she thinks she will make money on and not what you want
Thanks for this info. The home Dan is living in is the one we formerly thought we were purchasing until Dan stopped paying the mortgage and then evicted us. Doug wants to settle our issue out of court for a lesser amount than what was determined by the judge. I am just a little concerned about settling with him and ending up still liable for the whole amount to Dan. You mentioned Doug had lied etc. Can you tell me more about why you think he's not trustworthy? Thanks.

He split with Dan & started Dovia1; supposedly acquired 5 of the homes from Prizm Properties. Mine, the one Dan is living in & 4 more. He is working with former owners to do a Loan Mod, now that the house is in Foreclosure and going to Sheriff's Sale. We are out 5k to 30k+. The AG opened a case on him last Friday.
Response to ?. We are in Willow Creek in Westfield. Doug Clary is following in Dan's footsteps-don't trust him. He is evicting Dan from that house! He's lied over & over to us. There are laws to protect us if we want to stay - but not if we want to leave apparently! The AG just opened our case on Dan & Doug on Friday.

Dan will not go to jail & I'm sorry to say that people probably wont get back any money lost. With respect to Sally Miller, I believe the only reason the ag office is involved is because Dan neglected to have the 25k bond required by the state for business offering foreclosure help. Oh, he will get judgements against him, but I'll bet dollars to doughnuts he won't pay a dime. He will pack up his slimy ass & set up shop somewhere else.
Hello Smith's. Can I ask the address of the house you were supposed to buy? Shrader has been living in the house he evicted us from and there has been a for sale sign in the yard and last week it was gone. The house is in forclosure. Did you talk to Sally Miller at the Attorney General's office?
Found out last week our house we are supposedly purchasing from Dan Shrader in being Foreclosed. We filed with the Attorney General. Anything else we can do?
I honestly hope that when the hearing comes for Shrader,that he gets put in jail.It's too bad there isn't more publicity about him so that people would be aware of what a snake he is.
