Our house in Winter Garden, FL is closing in less than a week. We are re-locating from New York, and so most of Rob's interaction was long distance. To make matters more complicated, the house we selected after visiting Florida multiple times and dragging Rob to over 40 listings, turned out to be a short sale/foreclosure. Not only was Rob a consummate professional and very familiar with the local market, but he is also possessed with saint-like patience! After the bank foreclosed on the original owner, and the bank's real estate company dropped the ball over and over again leading up to closing, Rob handled each and every issue quickly and efficiently. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to work with him and I would recommend him above all others for his dedication and hard work. He made a potentially difficult process much easier, and it is because of him that we are now owners of a beautiful new home. We can't thank him enough!
