It's extremely important to make sure that the property makes a good first impression, so you have to make sure that the exterior of your home is clean and appealing to attract those potential home buyers who are just driving by. Make sure the interior of your home is ready for viewing as well. You can do this by cleaning it rigorously with fresh scented products and allowing fresh, bright air in by opening all windows. By baking fresh cookies you can really give your house that comfy, homey smell, and make it more interesting for viewers.
