Taken....They have to wait for the appeal. I cannot believe Shrader will win,but he knows how to use the system. I hope he eventually goes to jail.He is,and always will be,a snake. So many people have been hurt by him and he is still free to hurt more. What a shame.

Ecstatic--he was living in the house he evicted us from--rent free! He has since moved on. I have heard he's in North Harbour in Noblesville. Anyone know th status of the appeal on the Attorney General's case ruling? Just wondering. Haven't heard anything for some time!

DEar Smiths--To answer your question, the court found in Dan's favor! We are already a part of the injuction case with the AG. I did learn that the court also found in Dan's favor when Doug tried to have him evicted. He just keeps slipping through those loopholes. The neighbors at our house where Dan has been living since June or July says he's been moving out for the past 2 days. I wonder if he scammed someone else into thinking they could buy the place, knowing it's in foreclosure!

If you read the AG's site, they really can't tell you much. It's all about confidentiality. We are talking to a private lawyer this week. I still think there might be a Class Action opportunity. One law firm that represents all of us. Any takers?
