I went to the one over a week ago< there had been a continuance granted. I did, however, see Dan this evening driving through my subdivision... I stopped him & asked him if he had my money... he drove off
I talked to Sally from Indiana Attorney General's office. She said to fill out a complaint for and submit, so that is what I am doing so hopefully the case will be made for criminal charges with enough documentation this has been going on.
For anyone wanting more information on cases against Shrader, look on mycase.in.gov. Think it is time to start pooling forces and getting documentation out there for everyone.
I also contacted Rafael from Call 6, with no response. I would think something as big as this could make his career as an investigative journalist. Suprised with no response.
Check out the Channel 6 website to see what happened to Shrader at the Hamilton County Courthouse yesterday 5/7.The Attorney General has filed suit against him.
Dan runs numerous front companies, all doing business as LLC's & has numerous judgments against him,of which I'm sure,he has no intention of paying. Fortunately I was not involved in a real estate deal with him, unfortunately check fraud is only a misdemeanor in the state of Indiana. It will probably take a forensic accountant to uncover any assets belonging to Dan. It will take a concerted effort to nail this jerk. Channel 6's Raphael Sanchez perhaps?

Also - you can go to IN.gov/judiciary and search civil and criminal court records for free. I have not found much for Shrader except for some front businesses he uses. The cases never seem to get resolved - just dropped. Also - he is living in Fishers.
Not really. I filed with Sally Miller back in November. If Shrader has no money then I don't want to spend thousands of dollars just for a piece of paper.
If someone has the numer for the real estate commission please post it so we can file a complaint. I met with Sally Miller at the first of the month. They have an open investigation and need all the information they can get from anyone who's dealt with Dan. I just spoke to our attorney and he said that since the current prosecutor for Hamilton Co is ending her term and there will be an election that probably filing a suit at this time might not be beneficial. However, he did recommend getting in touch with the Prosecutor's office and getting something on file so that when the new Prosecutor takes office in January they will have a paper trail. Hamilton Co Prosecutor's office # is 317-776-8595.
