I'd like to express that I have been using Realty Authority since April 2011 which is owned by
Mrs. Camille Milke and she has been doing a great service to me and my wife in handling our
needs as sellers of our house which is located in the Albuquerque NW area. She has been taking
care of all necessary transactions to make sure everything goes smoothly, so we as sellers don't
have to be so concern that nothing goes wrong. She conducts herself with extreme
professionalism in being good at what she does in her field of expertise. I would recommend
her business to any person's or families who needs to have a good Broker to sell their
home. Thank you Reality Authority and Mrs. Milke for doing what you do best!!

Shrader offered to purchase homes in Hamilton County from
consumers who needed to sell their properties quickly. Rather
than purchase the home outright, Shrader convinced the
homeowner to create a trust, name Shrader as the trustee,
and then assign all beneficial interest in the trust to Shrader.
In return, Shrader promised to lease/option the house to
tenants who needed to improve their credit. Shrader collected
rents and then ultimately failed to make mortgage payments.
In recent months, an increased number of real estate professionals have reported their listings being scraped and used for rental scams. Scammers are reposting the listing information on Internet sites, such as Craigslist, and claiming the home is for-rent, not for-sale. The perpetrator will often tell the renter that the home is unavailable for a showing. Unsuspecting renters who are lured to the low rental price will make deposits to rent the property only to find out later that the home was never available for rent. Then the listing will quickly disappear off the Internet.
Than you for posting this Karen., ..on the 2nd photo, I didn't know you were going to pliubsh this one with Mike Harker's write up. We had a little BBQ at my ranch yesterday, kind of our own, very un-official Mike Harker memorial deal, just kinda came together at the last minute. BEFORE anybody chimes in here about Timmie Guckes's catalina run in under 1 hour in 1966, pulled by Bob Nordskog, (hands out front, behind a 18 ft. flat bottom, btw) You will not find this in the record books as whoever was running the race that year would not recognize it as a record because they didn't do it in the boat they started with. Seem's the 1st boat wasn't running up to par so they turned around after they had started, dropped Tim, switched boats an headed out again, and finished in 54 minutes. Tim ran into Bob a few years back, sez Bob was still upset they didn't give them the official record back then.
Maybe we will skip Rose's place at the end of the month and come visit you... I want that BAD...lol. Just kidding Rose. Gail... you are truly ainamzg. I know I keep saying that, but you truly are. I am in awe of your talents and how you can think the project through and not be afraid to tackle the sticky things. I think it would have been out to the curb before the lid made it's way to the top. I predict this is going to be up there amongst your other winners... in mags, pinned a million times... this one is going to put you into the Hall of Fame for DIY'ers. Great job Buddy.Hugs, DebPS... I already pinned and will be sure to share.
Loved loved loved this from got our Thelma and Louise on' to stopping for road suplipes to Maid of the Mist merriment. Great memories in the making, thanks for bringing us along. I've been a couple times, including taking my 14 year old brother and his friend the summer I graduated from university. Have to admit I was always jealous that Canada had the uniquely shaped Horseshoe Falls and the US just had the plain old straight falls, lol! And Drie Culturen, I would LOVE to see Victoria Falls.
The realtors and brorkes I know have a license. Classes are offered through continuing education courses. You could also approach Century 21 to see if they offer the courses at a faster pace. Best wishes.
I have known Brock since 2002. I have seen him through many highs and some difcfiult lows. But through it all Brock has always been an inspiration to me because he is so kind hearted, smart and talented. I am so glad he has gotten his drug haze out of his way so now HE can see how amazing he is. I am on your side Brock. Though you may never meet that person I am sure you have made a positive impact on someone special like you the day you spoke. (I bet actually even more then one!) big love for Brock. Melissa

Austin is pretty nice as far as big urban cieits go and the weather is mostly good.Just be forewarned that Austin is a blue dot in a sea of red. There are A LOT of California and other non Texan transplants there that have screwed up the local politics. Its kind of like a little Cali-greenie-hippie place.Outside of Travis county is great though and most of the libs stay in the city.
Did you guys see that Old Republic is no longer issniug title policies on the no-name bank and GMAC REO's? There has been no mention in anything I've read to indicate that it's limited to the 23 states. Just more of a reason to buy a short sale instead. October 6, 2010
Namaste my brother, I am very faaiilmr with Bill Ryan; Project Camelot and also Project Avalon which is what Bill created after leaving the Camelot group of three. All three of them are somewhat connected but have major holes in their philosophy. Their guests are sometimes quite intelligent but none of the three are sound investigators or interviewers. I remember seeing a show on the Blue Star Hopi mythology that I am sure you found exciting, I know I did. In Lak' ech, my brother, love is truth...
winston - Thanks Paul She's not really a model, she is one of grace's frdenis =P This wasn't planned shoot just sorta happened with the last few minutes of sunlight when we arrived because had to turn the car around to go back down the mountain.
Doesn't Lulu also take a percentage per sale? I haven't caemorpd all the different platforms, but I don't think they have a competitive pricing. Their print books are great (look, quality), but they don't come out great in pricing if you think quantity. Not sure if that's the same case with their ebooks. Also, I agree with Jenn When you sell through Lulu, you're given up some of the control. I think e-junkie, clickbank and even payloadz let you stay on top of everything.
If you can file bankruptcy you sholud, if the foreclosure is inevitable. The bankruptcy along with this horrible economy and many banks mishandling of foreclosures will put a big stall on the foreclosure process. The other reason for filing bankruptcy before a foreclosure is that it may discharge you from your mortgage. If you are not discharged you may be still liable for a deficiency which is the difference between the balance of the mortgage and what a foreclosure sale price will be. Your credit afterward?Well a foreclosure will stay on your credit report for 7 years but with 2 years of good credit meaning no negatives you will be able to be well on your way to enjoying credit again.
I have worked with hdnureds of agents and met only 3 that worked their ass off. Just saying You may be one of the few exceptions and a decent attorney?»? will in no way cost more than a couple of hundred dollars for these types of transactions.
another way is to make a video slideshow of huoses and up it on YouTube using Ezvid what's very cool is that it is FREE so it won't cost you more to show off the?»? huoses and sell it on YouTube. Just google search for Ezvid to get it
