Hey Rita, everyone in the subdivision knows about you, not from the agent, but form the people who you lived next to. And when I mean everyone I MEAN EVERYONE. Stay away from our subdivision we do not need your kind here!!!
Brother Elbert helped us buy our first home. He was very patient with us and explained everything in detail. There were times during the loan process when we became discouraged and wanted to give up. He stayed with us and was always available to answer our questions. We are thankful to God for him. See you in church on Sunday!
I DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE NOR DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME .YVONNE LOST TWO CASES AGAINST ME HELLO .I AM GLAD I FOUND THIS COMMENT BECAUSE I WILL BE SHOWING IT TO THE JUDGE IN DECEMBER ACCORDINGV TO CODE OF ETHICS ANY PERSONAL INFO ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS MUST NOT BE DISGUSED WITH OTHERS. SEEMS YOU KNOW A BIT TO MUCH ABOUT MY PERSONAL INFO.
Se helped and advised us in the right direction and saved us from not going into foreclosure and helped us save our credit, extended our foreclosure dates couple of times and successfully negotiated short sale and closed the transaction. I would highly recommend her to all my friends who is under water. She did not charge us any money for doing all that work.
DEar Smiths--To answer your question, the court found in Dan's favor! We are already a part of the injuction case with the AG. I did learn that the court also found in Dan's favor when Doug tried to have him evicted. He just keeps slipping through those loopholes. The neighbors at our house where Dan has been living since June or July says he's been moving out for the past 2 days. I wonder if he scammed someone else into thinking they could buy the place, knowing it's in foreclosure!
If you read the AG's site, they really can't tell you much. It's all about confidentiality. We are talking to a private lawyer this week. I still think there might be a Class Action opportunity. One law firm that represents all of us. Any takers?
